Payments Accepted
We accept all major debit and credit cards through our secure online checkout, powered by Wix Payments. You can also pay via bank transfer upon request. Payment is collected monthly in advance for all recurring cleaning plans. Your booking is only confirmed once payment is received. Payment may also be made in person using a payment machine.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. You may cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may incur a 50% fee. Subscription plans can be cancelled at any time with 14 days' written notice. No refunds are issued for partially used billing cycles unless agreed in advance.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with any part of your clean, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will return to re-clean the affected area free of charge. We are committed to maintaining high standards and ensuring your home or business is left spotless, every time.
